Who can be covered
Children ages 0 through18 who are legal residents of the U.S. and
have lived in California for more than six months AND DO NOT
QUALIFY FOR Medi-Cal.
Eligibility is based upon income and size of family (middle-
to low-income).

health insurance options.

MEDI-CAL FOR WOMEN
What services are covered:
Pregnancy and
postpartum related services.
Who can be covered:
Pregnant women.
KAISER
CHILD HEALTH PLAN
What services are covered:
Comprehensive
medical and vision.
Prescription
medicines, mental health services and hospitalizations.
No dental services.
Who
can be covered:
Children ages
0 through18 who are NOT eligible for Medi-Cal or Healthy Families.
